Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase (refer to conditions mentioned below), you can Send Order From Leopard Courier within 3 business days for any domestic orders on www.saniplast.pk. There are three ways to access the Order Details.

  1. Visit your account page and select “My Orders”
  2. OR View your shipping confirmation email and click “Track My Order” for return details.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Products purchased on www.saniplast.pk will only qualify for a return or exchange.
  • You can only exchange for items of the same price excluding any discount that was applied.
  • Items purchased with a discount or as part of a valued set are not eligible for an exchange.
  • To qualify for a return container must be 90-95% filled. Containers filled or tampered with other creams are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Shipping cost and other additional services are non-refundable.
  • We cannot accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets. You must return the complete set for a refund.
  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. It must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box
  • ‘change of mind’ is not a valid reason for a return
  • We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept such a return.

If the refunded amount is not reflecting in your card statement after the refund is completed and you have received a notification by www.saniplast.com, please contact your personal bank.

Easypaisa Wallet

If the refunded amount is not reflecting in your Easypaisa Wallet statement after refund is completed) Please dial 3737 from your Easypaisa number or 051-111-345-100 from any other number to contact the Easypaisa help centre.

Bank Deposit

The bank account details provided must be correct and the account must be active and should hold some balance. Do not provide account details of Basic Bank Account (BBA). IBAN number will be needed to refund the amount.

 

 

 

 

Important Note: The Voucher discount code can only be applied once. The leftover amount will not be refunded or used for next purchase even if the value of order is smaller than voucher
